Havent done any roll hunting lately due to a citation ive received so im working up the funds to pay for that. But I did get a 1969D Kennedy today in the tellers tray

Actually, in 1974 the Mint made both 40% silver and clad -S mint marked dollars for proof sets. You probably have an impaired proof that someone broke out of a set/holder.
