Went to my dump bank today to find signs on the door and on the lobby counter stating that effective today they no longer will have a coin counter. I use a TCF bank for my dumps and when I asked why no more coin counter they told me that they were recently (June 6th think) acquired by Huntington and Huntington does not have or use coin counters. Seems stupid to me to get rid of a counter if a branch bank has one. The counter had been replaced in this bank within the last year or so, so it is almost new.
