.131 per # 13.10 per 100 so 262 per ton.

They are a bit of trouble. have to pull the tank and get rid of it seperate and breaking the glass out makes a mess to clean up. we only do them when we come across them, we don't knock on doors or beat the bushes for them.

370 lbs sheet steel yesterday in SO. AZ still holding at .10 a pound! $37.00 I should be taking in some ins wire alum and brass this week and hope the prices are high!

Best prices I have ever got on most of these items :D :D

Ran back to the scrap yard today with my father in law he had lots of stuff to bring in. I took in 320 mroe lbs of steel @ .10 per lb. He got .70 a pound for stainless, 3.20 for copper #2, .30 for elect motors and .20 for auto batts. How long will these prices last?

Rate is up 8 cents from 12/30.

Took in a cast iron tub, delivered by my handyman neighbor right to my door, got 31 dollars for it and it weighed 280 lbs. Also got 7.50 for a hot water tank.
