What is this?

I'm usually a guy who can help with this kind of stuff. But I'm having trouble with this one
If I have the gift of prophesy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to move mountains but do not have love I am nothing. And if I give all my possessions to feed the poor, and if I surrender my body to be burned but do not have love it profits me nothing.

I'm having a hard time determining the date. (It's at the bottom of the upper pic).
Looks like either AH1223 or AH1243.
Normally I would start looking at Egypt, or Turkey, or Afghanistan. I notice there is to 'toughra', so Indian Princely states is also a good possibility.

Very cool regardless. I'd guess Indian princely states from a stylistic standpoint, but I really have no idea.

OK it weighs 10 grams. Which would make it a rupee. But from where in India? When?

The language on this coin is Urdu. Very hard finding a match but finding a few close examples.
