German notgeld, Stadt Montabauer, 50 kleingeldersatzmarke, 25 mm. Can anyone date this?

#1, probably 1917-1919. That's off the top of my head from having seen a lot of these, not from some documented source.
#2, token, not a coin. Never seen one before.
