I'm not sure ... what's #1 paper sell for as scrap these days? Just kidding, of course. I made a quick search on eBay and mostly found BINs or no bids. It looks like the gold certificates from that era do very well. Here is the soonest-ending auction for an FRN like your's that I was able to find that actually had bidding activity. You might do a search in completed auctions, I didn't.

There are a couple monthly banknote magazines/periodicals that have price guides. Most coin stores should carry at least one of them.

In terms of dollar value on November 10, I'd say it's now $9.95 and losing ground daily.

Circulated green(fed) notes usually just a cool factor for the old notes....better off with red(US note) or blue(silver cert) and of course the gold(gold cert) notes do the best along with the brown(US possesion/occupation) notes...private banks are more of a regional thing but some do pretty good in the market place, paper is like metal its all in the condition and rarity...some signatures are more sought after than others, you will need a guide for that. You might make a few bucks on ebay but with the fees..you will break even.
