From NZ looks like this one was made in the UK.

New Zealands decimal coins have been minted at the following mints -
Royal Mint: 1967, 1975, 1976, 1977, 1990, 1991, 1994, 1995, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2008
Royal Australian Mint: 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973, 1974 and 1988
Royal Canadian Mint: 1978, 1979, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1989, 2000, 2006, 2007 and 2008
Norwegian Mint: 1996 and 1997 (Cupro-Nickel coins only)
South African Mint Company: 1997 ($2 coins only), 1998, and 1999
Only the 5 cent coin and various non-circulating coins and sets were struck in 1994.
No coins struck for general circulation: 1968, 1992 and 1993.

Legit commemorative coins! Truman is Liberia's KM690, Ike is KM691. Liberia does a LOT of these. In fact, you could probably collect Liberia 5 dollar commemorative coins for the rest of your life and you might never get caught up.

BTW, They remind me of something I haven't done in a while... :)

Nearly 200 posts into the thread, and it continues to intrigue me what you come across! I see a nice bimetal Thailand on the bottom... Can't tell for sure but looks like 10 baht? Aggressive may exchange that! What's wrong with the two quarters?

Wow you have quite the haul there! Bully for Franklin. In reply to hobo finds, yes I exchange most major countries! I mainly buy foreign coins because that is my niche, but I can pay even higher for banknotes because they are so much cheaper for me to ship and an easier sell to potential travelers. I totally missed this thread because its in USA numismatics, haha.
