We went to the coin shop and got some hole filler for $25FV silver that I got at 10x. Now Franklin just needs the 1909-S VDB! :D

In 1960, when you paid in SILVER coin for your rare pennies, you would pay according to my 1960 Red Book (As a kid buying coins in 1960, I remember dealers using the Red Book to determine what you had to pay):

1912-S VF 3.50 (there was no VF in 1960: G (well worn including today's G and VG grades), F (VF-EF coins of today), and EF (AU coins of today with some luster)
1911-S VF 4.50
1909-S G 5.50
1931-S EF 7.50
1924-D VF 4.50
1914-D VG 20.00

In 1960, you would pay in SILVER coins, for these pennies $45.50.

You were better off keeping your pocket change!
If I have the gift of prophesy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to move mountains but do not have love I am nothing. And if I give all my possessions to feed the poor, and if I surrender my body to be burned but do not have love it profits me nothing.

Cool buy with silver. I'd stay away from the 22 no D, its nothing but an over-polished die and 95% of the people who buy one end up selling it for a loss. How about a 55 doubled die, now that is cool :-).
Got Laminated Lincolns? Give me a buzz.
