Guide to Canadian pennies for USA sorters

Postby commoncents » Sat Oct 09, 2010 11:45 pm

I'm a US resident and know little of Canadian numismatics. Been sorting US pennies a while and now have two large coffee mugs of Canadian copper cents (prior to 1997). Can someone help me out with advise on which have numismatic value? I store the pre-1960 cents separately, but other than that I'm clueless.

Obtain a copy of Charlton's Standard Catalogue of Canadian Coins, which will provide the answers you seek in detail.
