Canadian Coins Back of Face

Postby Copper Catcher » Tue Oct 12, 2010 2:19 pm

In the not to distant future I'll be stopping by a coin shop that in the past sold me Canadian coins he had back of face value. He was just trying to get rid of them...

If I can pull this off again would anyone be interested?

Most of the coins were common dates and some UNC but mostly circulated stuff. I also have pulled Canadian pennies out when sorting regardless of the date and would toss these in to the pile if I get any.

Let me know...

I've got over $130 in Canadian.... a few $2 coins and $1 coins. There are rolls of .25 and a hand full are silver! A few rolls of dimes and some silver... Rolls of nickels, older and newer dates as well as some in 2X2s and a bunch of older pennies...some are new but most are older dates.

I really want to sell it all in one shot and thinking at this point about listing it in an auction format and putting the starting price at face value.

It will take me a little time to sort it all out...

Back of face is a good deal. I think I heard that the Canadian dollar slipped just ahead of the US dollar today.
