Time to air this out right here right now!

I really need to hear every idea why Trump would be a disaster for the US.

Please provide reasons why he won't be an improvement.

Man I am so sorry to have to write this but that is an obnoxious link with way too many ads, little movies, and $hit MacAfee hates, that makes it way too hard to read.

I love you man but just sayin.

I think he SHOULD be the next president.

Are you open to discussing characteristics that aren't ideal for leadership or the Presidency (which is another way of interpreting your question but without making a definitive statement that he shouldn't be President)?

He's arrogant, can't seem to quit talking about what he's worth (alienating poor people), he denigrates women (loses that portion of the vote)
is politically incorrect (does he even think before he opens his mouth?). He will split the Republican vote, and I don't think they even had a
chance in the first place. I think the whole run for president thing for him is just an ego game.

But I SURE don't want to see Billary in there! even though anyone would be an improvement over Obama

youre right

2 issues...

he strongly supports universal healthcare and a taxpayer subsidized system much like 0bama has implemented

that has been a disaster

imo the cost of the actual care is what needs worked on - but that may be an impossible task

and remember his plan for a one time 14.25% tax on individuals and trusts worth over 10 million ?

sadly at the time he proposed it, the entire national debt could have been paid off with extra to spare :o

i cannot get behind taxing the wealthy just because they have more

and like ray said - he will not get the woman vote - due to personal comments

he wont get the latino vote - due to personal comments and his un-thought through ideas on border security

its sad that all it takes is just his loud arrogance to drown out the other GOP candidates

hopefully as the field narrows down, one will start to impress me :?

"It depends upon what the meaning of the word 'is' is"

All kidding aside. It depends on what you consider disaster or improvement are. To me, the disaster would be our (the United States of America) continued: Status quo with more power and money being concentrated into the hands of fewer and fewer; disconnect with the destruction of the planet that sustains us; disconnect with the rest of the countries of the world as we pursue to maintain our status of Empire thru our politics and military; decrease in personal freedoms and community self-rule; corporate veil protection and corporate personhood; and the opaqued to completely recolored transparency of government behavior and international corporations just for starts.

Some would dare call it American Fascism along the lines of "When fascism comes to America, it will come wrapped in the flag and waving a cross" attributed to Sinclair Lewis.

An improvement would be a president who would start the process to engage and start the processes away from these directions. But, were a president to do so . . . well, the president would never be allowed to do so.

Trump is the most non-PC politician to share the limelight in more than 50 years.

If there are any Republicans here is info that may interest you.

If Republican and you do not want a Democrat as President, you don't really have a choice. You must vote for Trump in the primary so he does not change to an independent campaign after the primary. That would split the Republican vote and the Democrat would win.

This is likely the core of Trump's plan.

I lean to thinking he would do what he thinks is best for the countries future. I dont think he is a truly great man or pick in any sense whatsoever, not sure his ideas are fully thought out or not. That said he does appear to have a chance, and is not the pick of the current democrat or republican power structures. Immigration made this country strong imo, not all of it, but a part. That always included integration as well until recently, that is the biggest problem there. Taboo, atm but history backs it with no real room for debate.

That might sound like half an endorsement, it definitely isnt. We have spent so long letting career politicians lead us by the short hairs that a government as I desire wouldnt be easy to come by. would take the people truly engaging in a way that doesnt appear likely to happen.

One thing is clear though, if trump won comedians would have the most and funniest ammo. It would be a golden era for comedy.

Trump is just the conduit for all the people that are highly dissatisfied with the status quo. It is their way of saying "I am mad as hell and won't take it any more".
Look at what we have to chose from, more of the same or worse if any of them get elected. To many, Trump is a breath of fresh air to a suffocating public.
Would he be a good president? I don't know, but has any of our presidents been good to the working, tax paying middle class? I know I am worse off every year, and looking around I see many problems that never get fixed because money is always needed elsewhere.
I hope Trump does get elected, and with support from his followers, hopefully we can turn this country around, get our priorities in order, and make us proud to be Americans.

Politically incorrect is a reason to vote FOR rather than against a candidate. Politicians who pacify are what got us into this mess.

I agree with some what he says, but his arguments are sloppy and mostly predictable. He strikes some emotional chords but doesn't seem interested in getting people to THINK. Trump is not so much a credible candidate, but more the focal point of a backlash against our current predicament (which people sense IMO, but don't fully understand.)

I think the main thing Trump has done so far is to make mainstream thought change. It has changed to, "Maybe a candidate outside of politics is a good idea." Look at Ben Carson's polling stats. He is the other "outsider" in the pack of Pols.

Trumps best quality is that he makes the establishment quake as they can't control him and that is his appealing quality not his message.

Do you all think his success in business could be beneficial if he was president? He may be able to stop waste and make us operate more efficiently financially speaking.

I do think he is arrogant and may never have really wanted to run. He may have just done it for attention, said a bunch of stupid things thinking he would get chased out but seems to get a lot of support instead.

Agree. Not my top choice but I love the fact that the elites are so scared of him. He must be doing something right.

The GOP field is a circus, Trump is currently the clown in the center ring. He will get bumped out at some point. Look at how much of an early favorite Giuliani was when he ran, and he faded to the background before the primaries started.

The Donald inherited his money and his corporation. His father developed a successful company by building FHA-subsidized housing during the great depression and WWII. The government provided financing when nobody else would, and at below-market rates. Donald took over a successful company in 1974. By 1990 the Trump Organization was $5+ BILLION in the red. It took a bailout agreement among 70+ banks to keep it afloat, deferring interest and allowing second and third mortgages on his properties. His resort and casino branch has declared bankruptcy THREE TIMES. Donald loves to rack up debt building extravagant hotels, resorts, and casinos with unrealistic business plans, and then default on the debt. The fact that he brags about his vast personal fortune just shows that he knows how to suck money out of his company and build sufficient separation so that banks and vendors get stuck with the short straw every time he runs a company into the ground.

Trump may be from the private sector, but he manages money like he's a government. Poor planning, deficit spending, and bailouts. He'd fit in just fine in Washington.

why?........since 22 Nov 1963, everyone of these humps been a disaster. Aint no difference between democrats and republicans, and IF the people did what they are required to do by the Constitution, which is to be "well informed"....things would be a whole lot different.

why 22 Nov 63?....because near to the last day of one the greatest Presidents, Dwight D. Eisenhower, he WARNED us about the military industrial complex. Now why would a bad ass like Ike, wait to his last national speech, to say this? Coz he knew the price truth telling would get you. He wanted to make that speech as early as 1955, but he was wise and canny, instead he made "The Cross of Iron" speech, explaining the cost in real world terms of maintaining a huge offensively canted military.

JFK wanted to change all that, had the orders cut to withdraw the first 1,000 of our guys from Vietnam in 1964, wanted to bust the CIA into a million pieces and fold that into the Defense Intelligence Agency.......BAM!!!!!.....then you get the "lone gunman" served up like thanksgiving turkey....but...oops, he gets whacked before there's even a trial.

That must have been the day, these criminals realized that they were omnipotent, and the Presidency is relegated to the position of figurehead, a puppet, and if that isn't the truth, then why do all these "industrial-complexes" have a WELL paid army of 35,000 lobbyists scurrying around DC like a gaggle of sewer rats?

and the electorate could give a fig, soft ignorant morons, more interested in their entertainments, their cheap "food", their free porn, and the Donald is the manifestation of this abrogation of responsibility of a FREE CITIZEN.....in a FREE REPUBLIC.

We deserve the Donald, just like we deserved lil Barry, the grey boy community organizer who "could", just like we deserved the idiot son, who lived above the candy store, but Poppy made serve he got Darth Sidious to handle the stuff the idiot son couldn't, like making a couple large buildings collapse. its ALL a lie.

but I do got one question, why did the Donald make a phone call to Slick Willy a week before he declared his intentions?

you know the regular RNC don't want the Donald....they boot him, and voila, Slick Willy's wife...or maybe a white hat cowboy like Josephine Biden rides into the rescue, when the Donald runs an "independent" campaign.

You don't think God isnt punishing us for all of our sins?........just alone, the blood of 50 million souls wiped clean from wombs demand Divine Punishment....I DARE YOU to watch this whole video, and tell me a Holy God isnt brimming with furious anger and wrath for all of us in America, for our God is a consuming Fire.
