I Use the Bubble in the bedroom window all the time in the RV. We also have Bubble for the Windshield an two front windows Up for cold or Hot Usually down during Day for the View

It helps a lot in the Cold an also 90 s when South hoping to go the day after Thanksgiving to Quartszite to start with Tired of the Drizzles already

Does it matter if the bubbles are big or small? The wife and I have been talking about doing this but we haven't yet gotten any rolls of bubble wrap. Plan to pick up some soon at Sam's Club.

I used the duck brand shrink plastic in my last house, and was happy with it.

Big or small won't matter nearly as much as making sure the edges are sealed as a vapor barrier. If you see condensation on the window, you're losing just as much heat as if you'd boiled that water into the air.

the bigger the bubbles, the more insulating power.

As long as you stick with the bubbles and not the sealed bags some shippers have gone to. Captured air space needs about 3/4" thick for maximum efficiency.

The wife agreed to this for next winter and of course claimed it was her idea years ago.
