Is There a Way to Mark a Post Important?

Postby Recyclersteve » Tue Oct 10, 2017 8:24 pm

Is there a way to mark a post on this site as Important so I can find it easily later? An example is the postings about prices being paid for FOREX currencies from our friends in Portland. If I click on it to read the latest prices, I then have no way to click "Unread Posts" and find it again until someone adds a new comment to the thread.

Conversely, it would be nice to mark other posts as Unimportant (random ranting about stuff that is irrelevant to me). Even if there is a new comment on those unimportant items, I don't need them to show up on my list of "Unread Posts" every time.

Does anyone know if this kind of capability exists on the RC site? Since we don't pay for the site and since it must be a pain for the moderators to keep up with everything, my expectations are low at this point.
Former stock broker w/ ~20 yrs. at one company. Spoke with 100k+ people and traded a lot (long, short, options, margin, extended hours, etc.).

Please note that ANY stocks I discuss, no matter how compelling, carry risk- sometimes substantial. If not prepared to buy it multiple times in modest amounts without going overboard (assuming nothing really wrong with the company), you need to learn more about the market and managing risk. Also, please research covered calls (options) as well.

Thanks 68camaro. I clicked to add a particular post by clicking Bookmark Topic, but how do I bring up a list of all the items bookmarked, say, a year from now?
