Shield Pennies

Postby TheJonasCollegeFund » Thu Jan 13, 2011 12:12 am

I ran to the bank for my weekend pick-up. My work hours will prevent me from getting to the bank until Monday. Anyway, when I got home I noticed that one of the String boxes was all NEW Shield pennies. Now I was wondering if there is still a premium on these? I'm thinking about maybe doing an auction, here, to go with some copper cents. Anyone interested in these can PM me to work something out. Any thoughts are welcome.

FYI, most banks are closed on Monday for MLK day.
Good luck selling your Shield cents!

Are they P mint mark are D. Here in Oregon we have only found five "P"s in $5k of cents. But we have found the "D"s by the bags full. We could do a trade D for P if you like.

It was hard to see through the little holes in the string box...and, yepper, they are "P" shields. I'm just looking for any interestd parties. Not looking to make a big profit. Shipping is the killer on the $25 box.

yep, I've listed full boxes, 10 roll lots and single rolls and a few people viewed the items but no buyers. :|

Just thinking 2011 looks the same. The 2011 United States Mint Uncirculated Coin Set® we have on order ship on February 8, 2011. So we will have more of the same in 2011. New year same look.
