Those rolls go for an astonishing amount somehow.

And somehow there are an astonishing number of them also!

I bought a few of the lower end types in the $20-ish range a few years ago as a test to see if there were any that were good.

Answer: No. All the sellers of these are total frauds.

Which goes without saying, but I like empirical data!

Out of probably a thousand hand searched boxes of pennies I've found 2 silver roosevelts.

They were not enders.

It would be funny to buy a roll and then message the seller with great excitement that you found a s-vdb

The seller just might loose a bit of sleep, or maybe not.

+1 I agree.
I have found two IH enders, so it's not unheard of.

Right but neither was an "S" mint.

And you didn't found one with both ends as an Indian did you?

The rolls on eBay are "S" mint or Gold coin or other mircle-roll type things every time!
