You are not going to be able to find a coin wrapping machine for under $500. To get even a half way decent used one you are looking at $3k!

tried the coin funnels? MUCH faster than by "hand" and about 16.95.

I use to use a PVC pipe to "premake" my own closed end wrapper, then just fill the funnel, shake out the excess through the slot, slide a wrapper in, flip, set the funnel down and close the roll. Fast and easy, comparitivly.

Yeah, we have funnels... but have not tried to make them, albeit it might be my next step. Wonder if I can get an extra set of hands attached to my torso for under 500 bucks? Then I can work multiple funnels at one time;-)

I have a coin roll attachment on my coin cunter and it will fill a roll pretty fast. You have to buy the pre-formed crimped end rolls though. I use it to roll all my coppers and it goes pretty fast if you have a helper :) You can batch set it to 50 ct and place the roll in and press the button, 5-10 sec later its filled. I can see this eating up a lot of sorting time though if your doing heavy volume and a 1000 ct case of preformed wrappers can cost 10-12.00, if your lucky.....

I think I have that tube for one of my counters. I also have an electric crimping machine that crimps those cartridge rolls just like a regular rolling machine. I never use them though.. the 3 automatic coin rollers are much more convenient.

2 suggestions as alternatives for zinc disposal. Try to find a bank or CU with a free lobby coin counter.. CU's are usually the best bet for this. Try to find one of your banks that will take them precounted in bags. Decent counters are much cheaper and even faster than automatic rolling machines.

Glad you clarified that. I thought that other machine might be some cheap knockoff from some guy in Central CA.

Ha! I'm sure he'll have an emoticon for that.
