I would say yes because I have actually pulled a few out of bank rolls over the years. I even got 2 or 3 of them in one 5 dollar batch. Can't remember what I did with them, but that was before I joined the site although I might have pulled one a year or two ago.
Buy rolls NOW while you still can!

In 2015 they were $5.68 and now in 2024 they are $6.99.
I guess inflation even affects plastic fake money.
