I'm a stacker, not a collector, so 1/4 toz gold is 1/4 toz of gold as far as I'm concerned.

Are they implying there is numismatic value in a bullion coin?

I was half interested in maybe picking up a few, but now I have to worry about what year I get and how marketable they might be to someone later?

SD bullion has better prices on those. Gold is gold, unless it is truly a rare numismatic coin. Numismatic bullion coins are a scam.

Just wait a bit longer. Premiums have come down, but they'll decrease even further. Most ppl today do NOT have the discretionary cash to buy gold and silver, inflation is whacking them. Wages are far behind and not keeping up with it. All bullion dealers and LCS' are now LOADED with inventory.

I always mention ammo. I attended a large gun show yesterday, ammo prices are still high, especially the larger caliber higher quality rifle ammo. The average price for one case (1000rds) of 7.62 (AK ammo) is now $700. It was $300 late last year.
Time is precious, stop wasting it.
