Here is an email from them.... I have put X's to protect their information.
Dear XXXX,
Pennies are sorted with industrial machinery that are set to very tight settings pertaining strictly to cents of 95% copper content and involve piece counting rather than weighing. To ensure quality control, a 1 ton copper penny crate technically has an official mathematical face value of $2,941.18. We piece count each $50 bag to 5015 and provide 60 bags total which equates to a total of $3,009.00 per 1 ton crate, providing extra as an additional precaution.
Delivery time frame right now is about two months (three maximum) for 20 tons.
To give an idea of pricing, please see attached invoice. Wiring instructions are also attached for when ready to send payment.
Do you have a loading dock and forklift available to take delivery or would we need to utilize a lift gate and pallet jack service (this may increase shipping cost slightly)? Do you have a time frame in mind or simply the most efficient and cost effective manner is best?
Given the size of your purchase, feel welcome to give me a call direct (XXX)XXX-XXXX to discuss. Thanks.
Thank you,
