This weekends box of halves.........skunk......

I had a number of penny rolls staked up and was working through them
when a 1928 Liberty "Mercury" dime fell out of a roll!

Also in the roll was a hollowed out penny, basically shaped like a pie dish with the
memorial on the back. The Merc fit inside the hollowed out part.

I don't know if this was some old magician's trick or a kind of jewelery.

Nevertheless, I'm ahead

(I just went on line and searched dimes and penny tricks. Its definitely a magician coin set. )
