Hi, and thanks for your question. The box was set aside because it appears to be 99% brand new 2010 P nickels and I don't know how to market them, or if marketing them on eBay would be worth the trouble. I would be very open to suggestions. Dumping at my CU is always an option.

I continue to see high prices on eBay for the 2009 nickels so I will probably sell there unless someone here wants to make a decent offer.

OK, that's it. I have some loose nickels that I received in change and a few random rolls I picked up here and there. I'll sort them as well to lighten my pile.

The presence of the 2009's made the sorting effort worth it. I already have orders pending for 160 of the 727.

My expectations for War Nickels was not met, but no complaints.

I sincerely never want to see another 1964 nickel. That particular year, besides being overly plentiful, has a different appearance. They often look a lot older than they actually are. Sort of a softer pewter finish instead of a rigid nickel look. Or is just me? The 1964 fooled me many, many times. Made me think I had found a nickel from the 40's. Boo.

I agree with the "look" of the 64 nickels. Just about every time I get one I think it is old and am disappointed. They made a lot of them, maybe they continued to use worn out dies.
