My friend, you are sorting at a good pace. :shifty:

Do you maintain detailed stats?

not by box, except for the notables. I've got the other results sorted and bagged by decade so I could tell you how many of each decade I've got pretty quickly.

Picked up $50 of nickels on a whim after dumping my zincs yesterday. Plus been wanting to start so I can start compiling coin folders for my three kids. Found 1 war nickel ('43) and 8 pre-60's. Have to admit it was a little fun and can't wait to get my hands on some more.

I don't usually sort nickels except once every other month or so, but when at a bank i got a great penny bag with some excellent pennies in it (22D in great shape)
So..., i went back and got a nickel bag (they only had one), so my hopes were up.
$200 bag
result was average:
Buff 1 dateless
Silver 2 1943 P and S
1938 - 1
1939 - 3
1940s - 21
1950's - 26
1 penny, 1 quarter (bent)
seemed to be an average bag.
