In what state do you find your SILVERs?

Starting off October the way September ended...

1k bag of halves
0 - silver
1 - Magician coin

20.00 halves this morning. knew it was bad, when i saw they were bwr that had been 'recy cled'. but since i save out 77,82, and 1976s. any halves i find give me a chance at 'bartender tips'/

A cousin I had not seen for over 2 years visited me from out-of-state and knew I sorted coins and he surprised me by bringing his 10 year accumulation of coins for me to search.
Container included:

$ 13 in Nickels

3 pre-1960

$ 4.40 in Dimes - skunk

Thanks - I'm in FL - Tampa area. There are other searchers nearby - I find their dumps once in a while.

$35 from a teller today - 3 rolls and $5 loose. The $5 loose - nada. Rolls 1 and 3 - nada. Roll #2 - 1- 1969 and 1987.

Not a total loss, silver and a NIFC 87.

I started searching halfs again. Searched (2) $500 boxes

First Box: 1 1964D and 1 1968D
Second Box: 1 2001S Proof

This is my first proof coin. in great shape. Two questions.

1. How do proof coins get in rolls of coins and
2. does anyone want to buy it?

Another 1k bag of halves...... nothing. Had 3 of 6 written on the side. Another searchers dumps. Hope these dont show up again this week.
