OK, in the space of a week, my wife, who has learned my tricks, checked the coinstar reject bin at Kroger and found a Canadian dime (non-silver). Then we were in Myrtle beach to run a half-marathon and we are running around a mall parking lot to warm up before the race and a come across a nickel on the ground - 1982 Canadian!

$0.15 total.

After a few skunks in a row, I hit the mother lode yesterday. $7.11 in Canadian. There were not even any loonies or toonies in this haul. The magnet was about maxed out. Primarily querters :D

Thanks camaro. Oh, I forgot to mention that a few of the canadian quarters came from the reject slot. You know the magnet is chock full when magnetic stuff is coming out the bottom chute!

I got $1.35 Canadian yesterday. Again the reject chute was blocked by the half dollar bag. So I slid the bag to the side and down slid 2 huge handfulls of bent US coins and other tokens! One branch in particular has this happen all the time. I love it. Feel bad that the people in there before me got screwed, but I'll put it to better use than TD bank or Loomis will. Plus it makes up for those dimes getting counted as pennies.

.35 Canadian today. I can't get to the magnets on the machines I use (PNC), so have to depend on rejects.
