I found a completely flattened *circular* Lincoln cent in a return tray a couple months ago. This was not one of those novelty flattened pennies, it was still circular.

Change this week from my work's soda machine.....nickels....1939 :D , 1954D, 1957D, and 1959D. My pre-1960 nickel pile is slowly growing without much effort!

I have been shut-out so far in 2011 (other than just 95% coppers), but it changed tonight. I got a 50 Euro cent coin in place of a quarter at a Marathon station. It looks nothing like a quarter and is not even the right size, yet apparently neither I nor the clerk noticed, haha. I found it later in the night for a nice 100%+ profit :)

I got a 1983 quarter Balboa from Panama from the change dispenser at Subway. Must be exact size/weight as our quarter. It's CuNi but I still thought it was pretty cool! Panama is a LONG way from Western NY :)

My mother found over $1.00 FV in 90% in some old purses she was getting rid of. Keep this in mind if you have older female relatives!
