$15 in rolls yielded the following...

Pre 82 coppers 208
Total 1982’s 32
Wheats 6 (no pre ‘40)
Canadian 10
2009 2
Other 3 dimes
2004 British penny

Will update the copper 1982’s when I can get my scale out of storage.
Former stock broker w/ ~20 yrs. at one company. Spoke with 100k+ people and traded a lot (long, short, options, margin, extended hours, etc.).

Please note that ANY stocks I discuss, no matter how compelling, carry risk- sometimes substantial. If not prepared to buy it multiple times in modest amounts without going overboard (assuming nothing really wrong with the company), you need to learn more about the market and managing risk. Also, please research covered calls (options) as well.

The update that I promised... 21 of the 1982's above were copper- the other 11 were zinc. So that means that 15.76% of the coins searched were coppers.

The update that I promised- does anyone read this stuff anymore?

18 of the 31 1982's above were copper. In total, only 269 pennies were copper. That is only 10.76%, a new all-time low percentage for me. This smashed the previous low percentage of 12.25% set from rolls received on 10/28/14.
