Opened three rolls of halves, 2 of them were short a coin each which means I lost a buck. HOWEVER, I did pull a 1967.

Tuesday's box of halves......skunk.....

For the 2nd day in a row I opened three rolls of halves. This time there were two EXTRA halves instead of two missing halves. More importantly, 12 silver!!!! All of them are 1967. I hope to get to more banks throughout the winter!

Your early results are encouraging. In all my time roll hunting I've never searched a box of half dollars...until now

I ordered a box 2 days ago from a teller who says she can get them. So we'll see next week sometime. I'm kinda excited about it. Probably lose my mind if I find even one clad.

My box of halfs came in...zippo. At least they weren't all 2023. I was thinking happy thoughts when I opened the box and saw a good mix of enders. Alas.

Maybe the box of Lincolns will be better.

Of all things, a new branch opened.
I had closed out this bank 5or 6 years ago. They were going to ,,tellerless,, in that they have an ATM that has an ,,,on screen,, teller in a back room. Contactless if you will.

So ,not having been in it...I ended up a few coin. And a new account.

Nickels...$14 cwr, 6bwr....5 keepers... Another 1950 P

$360 in halves and found nothing.

Rains it pours.

A bank that was ,closed for renovations,,for 6 months. $100 pennies, $100 nickels, $400 dimes.

Ran out of cash. Have to get the halves next week

Finally thawed out enough to get to the bank.

Thursday's box of halves........silver skunk.....but.....there was a modern clad quarter and a 1945 UK penny in the box....

$500 box of halves, somehow the edge of one made me look, at a 1977 s proof. Mirror fields blinded me in the light.
