Many of the full-time buyers at auctions, particularly at government auctions, will intentionally overpay for lots to prevent newcomers from getting a foothold. It's an aggressive strategy that scares away most of the competition.

I used to buy from them when they were in Bentonville, AR but they closed that warehouse and the closest one is in TX but they also have warehouses in other parts of the country. Too far away for me but someone else on this forum might give them a try.
