How in hell did you get that much?
16,000 pounds is like 35,000-50,000 boards
Good for you.
Cheers,

Luckly I enter SC and the SY is in the same county. All to try and stop Theft. I made good money with 2.80 copper, and not near the hassle.

Ain't that stupid? Like it's really going to help anything.
Just more control over how you make your extra cash.
I'm guessing that the guys in it full time as a business don't need all the permits, or do they?

Well we just got buried with tons of stuff from two data centers that are closing down. Then on top of that, we picked up a new customer that had never cleaned out their data center or storage cage. We have hauled servers and networking gear out of there by the truckloads. Been so busy hauling and tearing stuff apart that have had no time to market any of the scrap. You think the boards are something, you should see all the copper wire that we have, not to mention all the stainless and aluminuim. The good thing is we have a steel roll off that is swapped out every week, so there are no huge piles of steel laying around everywhere.
10-4 on the correction thing. Even with a 20% correction gold will still be up there. Reading up on Kitco and some of their people are saying gold will hover in the 1800-2000 per ounce range all thru 2012. That would be good for us, and everyone else that recycles e-scrap.
Now if we can just get thru this weekend, one of our banks is holding a free shread/e-recycle drive this weekend and guess who is getting all the e-scrap, yep, us! Good damn thing I live on 10 acres out in the middle of a corn field!
Here is a pic of just a few of the large telecomm stuff we have been stripping down.
