I have a few hundred pounds of copper scrap. It is all clean copper from extension cords, plumbing pipes etc, etc.. Are there refiners out there that will convert my copper scrap into bars as there are for gold scrap, silver scrap, etc.?

Probably, you just need several tons.
It makes more sense to sell your scrap to a dealer and then buy a few bullion bars. Or as many people on this forum suggest, convert it into silver, which takes up less space.
