1,086 lbs of sealed lead acid batteries (in my daughter's little ranger) for only .175/lb

I remember getting closer to .30/lb last year. Oh well, didn't cost me anything to get them, just from work. Merry Christmas all and keep up the good work. At least for me this money is tax free

Neighbor gave me his broken washer and I picked up a hot water tank that had been in an alley for awhile 380 lbs. sheet iron @ $.0165 lb.

yes. not much to takeing the drier apart. had to give up on the micro as it had torx screws and I did not have a bit to fit it.

I took the drawers from old file cabinets out and filled them with prepared steel, made it easy to load and unload. Had like 10 drawers and one computer case filled and stacked on other metal in the truck. Was surprised that it weighed 480 lbs. :thumbup:

get the Harbor Freight 100 piece bit set under $9.00 with coupon. Lots of good bits in there even the security ones with the hex and the dot in the middle.

$33 a ton beginning of Jan up to $48 end of Jan. Why do you think its going up? Low fuel prices, or are yards needing to fill orders so we get a bump in prices?

I think yards are getting pretty empty. I know my main yard is calling around looking for shred.
