My parents steel garbage cans got stolen. That was in Minnesota. There is someone going around the neighborhood taking anything metal that is in sight.

I saw a guy today by an apartment complex dumpster stripping the foam from a steel box spring mattress.

I struck up a conversation and he quickly explained that a woman broke his bank and he's scrapping
so he can have something exempt from her clutches.

I'm sure he isn't the only one.....
