I hope everybody had a great Thanksgiving!

A few years ago I noticed an extreme decrease in activity scrapping over the holiday weekend. The yards by me are all closed and people really just want to stay at home. I usually find its a great time to collect things. My family thought I was crazy because I got up yesterday morning to breakdown my collection pile! Does anybody else scrap over the holiday?

Driving to my thanksgiving dinner I saw a older tv on the side of the road, stopped and grabbed it. Then on the way home I decided to do run by my usual list of apartment complexes to look for stuff, and found a small fridge and a/c unit

I went out early in the morning and found a considerable amout of scrap in or near dumpsters that I normally avoided. The fact that no one at these businesses were working and that alot of them had done some cleaning up the day before the holiday, made for easy pickins. I was home before the bird was in the oven and the next day cashed in nearly $170.00. .... HAPPY TURKEY DAY!
