So, I was going through some old stuff I got out of my grandmother's basement a few years back, and I found an old Carbon-Tet charged fire extinguisher. I know exposure to the stuff inside can cause all kinds of nasty diseases, but I don't want to just toss it into the trash either. I was kinda thinking some fire department might like to have it as a curio wall-hanger or something, but I'm sure they'd only take it if it were empty. Any ideas?

Meh, good idea, but I have plenty of things that go boom and slice.
