When scrap is not scrap

Landscaping at a lady's house today I spot a flat screen tv against the side of the garage, along with some other obvious trash. I figure I'll grab it, then post here to find out what I should do with it :D

She tells me, "it crapped out"...and that she won it in a church raffle couple years ago. So I get it on the trailer and I'm thinking, it's a 3 year old Samsung - what could be wrong with it?

Plugged it in at home, works great

While I don't have much for cable channels they sure look a lot nicer in 40"

On craigslist, in my area, there are always free working big screens on there. If only I was strong enough to lift on my own...

It does have the one issue: when I turn it on it clicks on/off for a few minutes before coming on and staying on. A quick google search ("samsung clicking") revealed this is a common problem caused by a pair of under-voltage $4 capacitors on the power board. There are a couple step by step videos on youtube if I decide to fix it.
