first is Austrian or German

second one is one of the German States

third doesn't look like a coin to me, but rather something meant to be decorative

Since it is only .222 silver could not the balance be copper?

My Krause book says the Prussia 1/24 thaler is 36.8% silver from 1764-1786. KM296. If the balance was copper, which is probable, that's probably the coin you have. One caveat for trusting my info: my 18th century Krause book is from 1997. There may be new information on these since its publication.
