very old Scotland coin ID help

I can tell its a Scottish thistle but not a lot else. Anyone have info on this coin?

From the "CR" I have determined its from the reign of Charles I in the early to mid 1600s - still don't know exact year, denomination, value, etc

Roughly diameter of a nickel, copper/bronze
