Posting multiple years in one post, posting consecutive years. Those rules all got broken back on the first page. Image I admit I became one of the worse offenders...Image

At least there is ONE unbroken rule... post a coin of each year before moving on. I will grab 1959 when I get home for lunch. I have a really cool Nigeria...

Dominican Republic. Almost all of the coins I find from this country are nearly slick. One exception to the rule:

Netherlands Antilles. Never fails, when I spot one of these in a junk bin, I gotta take it. I just love the rampant lion.

Nigeria. I have shown this penny off before, but not I have the sixpence to go with it.

I'm gonna be away from my coins until Tuesday, so here's my lone 1957 specimen: A cent with a couple of die chips that cause a "filled 9" and "filled B."

I'm holding myself in strategic reserve for when we get stuck on 1800s dates. :P

Here's 1949, which is Mom's birth year. Sticking to my personal limitation of one coin per letter of the alphabet, I only had 15 to show. Can anyone guess which ones are silver?

Been saving 1947 stuff for my Dad.
The coins that don't say their country are France (1st row right) and Luxembourg (3rd row left).
Also a couple different designs for the Great Britain shillings...
Hey, Z00! Do you have a pic of all the '47 Canadian stuff you got for your wife?

The last year of silver in all those British coins. Starting in 47, they were copper nickel. Nice collection BLUEGILL!
