Hey guys-
I don't have the 17th or 18th century Krause books. Need some help on the following:

-KM#
-Fineness
-ASW

1. 1666 Norway silver 2 Mark (This says Dansk, but I believe it is close to the time when they unified. Check Denmark also)
-It is a Frederik III 2 Mark. Obverse has a fancy F and 3 intertwined. The Reverse has a lion with Dominus Proverbit circled around it. The Danish coin does not have the lion so I really think you'll find it in Norway.

2. 1792 GERMANY, Frankfurt City, silver two ducat pattern of 1792, struck for the coronation of Francis II, Emperor of Germany, obv. FRANCISCUS II ROMANORUM IMPERATOR, laureate head to the right, rev. HIC DEBITA LAURUS, standing figure of Francofortia as crowned emperor. This may be a medal?

Any help getting the km, fineness, and asw would be great appreciated. :D

Thanks to you both!
NiBullionCu, that 2 mark is the coin I found online but do you see a Norway equivalent in the book?
It should be identical but with a lion instead of a bust.
Thanks again!

Sorry, not seeing a 1666 Norway 2 Mark in the catalog.

the 17th Century Krause should not be considered "complete" (Or any Krause catalog for that matter).

Posting a picture may help nail it down.
