From what I can tell this coin is silver. Correct me if I'm wrong. This coin has alot of shine to it. These pictures don't really show the brightness. Has this coin been cleaned? the marking all over the face is what I'm talking about. If this coin does have any value will the cleaning basically nock it down to just the silver value. I thought about selling it if there is any value above a postage stamp.

thanks for any replies.

Chris

KM#728, .925Ag, .021ASW only 539k minted

value is $10 in Fine and $22 in Very Fine.

If cleaned, typically cut the value in half.

don't clean it! give it to me!
i mean sell it.
to me.
but seriously, i actually have this coin, and yes, it's 925 fine silver. but it's more numismatic than bullion, because it's not a common type like the penny or threepence or farthing etc. so it's worth a few.
