For nothyng is better than lyberte
For lyberte shold not be wel sold for alle the gold and syluer of all the world

In that condition you would probably be hard pressed to get much for it except as a novelty. I like to keep all the old 1700s/1800s coins I find that are not in good numismatic shape so that I can make a "treasure chest" and tuck it away for any potential offspring to find in the basement or attic one day when they are old enough to appreciate finding a hoard of 300 year old coins! Imagine being a kid in 2045 and finding a the mother-load of 1700/1800s coins - you would think you were Indiana Jones or something.

Cool coin, even if it is not worth a bunch. Was it a metal detecting find or something?

One of those feebay world coin lots I pick up every once in a while! At first I thought it was a fake coin or an old token.
