Went to put Franklin's coin counter finds in tubes and found out that the 10 and 20 cent coins got smaller in 2009. The 10 cent went from 17mm to 14mm. And the 20 cent went from 19.5mm to 15.3mm

Is that also the year they discontinued the 5 centavo? And wasn't the 20 centavo brass all the way to 2009?
