Thats not really what scares me.
What scares me is that most of their coinage is plated nickel. Ouch.

Greshams law in affect for the 1995 to 2003 Brass 25 Sentimo: US $1 = 43 PHPeso * 4 coins per peso = 172 * 3.8g = 653.6g / 454g = 1.44 lbs Brass * $1.50 = $2.16
Therefore... $1.00 = $2.16
