A friend that used to work in the coin/cash processing business found it while sorting for silver in the coin room.

Search engines are a beautiful thing to waste. If it is real, a silver denarious coin from the Roman Republic circa 83BC, bust of Venus. The name is for General C. Norbanus. Supposed to weigh about 3.9 grams.
