If you want Nickel, Canada (Sudbury) and Russia (Norilsk) is the place to be.

I'm not too sure, but the 10 kopek piece made before 1991 seems to be made of 1.95 grams of brass?

The 1 kopek coins issued '97 and later were Copper-nickel plated steel.
