I got this for a dollar or two at an LCS. It is one of the first commemorative medals made by the mint and only 1,000 were ever made. It ranks 97/100 on rarity according to numista.com
Plus, mine is uncirculated in the original package, which I'm sure is even more rare. I can't find a price for it anywhere because there are none on Ebay or for sale anywhere I can find. If anyone can find something or has a token catalogue I'd be much obliged.

That's a tough search. I've found several websites that will gladly sell a catalog or show a value if
you subscribe. It looks like there was a medal of that type sold on ebay sometime in the near past but
the completed listing is no longer up.
Was that medal cast in silver as well as bronze? Reason I ask is I did see a website that had recently sold
a silver version of the 50th anniversary medal but the site would not show the sale price.
....not a fortunate son.
