whats this token?

dug one of these up yesterday mine is 1955 with a w over the 10 Ive found listings for sale and other people diging them up but nothing on what it is.So besides the obvious that its play money anyone know anything about these?

reverse says play money falsa pecunia with a shield of some type in the middle a pic of reverse can be seen in the link hobo posted.
