And what about those who are not in mint condition?

The condition wouldn't matter if you're exchanging them for Euro. But I suspect you can only do that in France?

Good question... I live in North America... What can I do with those?

The Saint-Exupéry is mint condition, but the other one circulated...

I think you can mail them directly to the Banque Du France, but you may need a Euro-zone bank account in order for them to pay you. I'd say that if you are interested in selling them, look around E-bay to get ideas on how to list them and what they are selling for.
