The seller listed these as "V.D.B pennys". I think his unusual usage of periods made this difficult to search for. I found them by browsing the 1909-1919 Lincoln cent category.

Holy crap, an entire ROLL of them... Well, if you want to part with one, let me know. I've gotten a couple of 09s, but have never even seen a VDB. I would prefer to find one in the wild, but that space in my album has been empty since I started at about 6, 49 years ago...

Got them the other day. Most I'd give a G4. There are two that can only be classified as AG3 and one that is VG8 (maybe pushing F12). Overall very happy with the purchase. Gonna be listing a few in the January kitchen sink auction.
