Building a 1976 PR69 set

Postby ed_vantage17 » Wed Jan 25, 2012 9:08 pm

1976 is my birth year so I'm piecing together a PCGS PR69 Deep Cameo set (both clad and silver) as it's something I've always wanted, but never got around to doing. I am shocked that the penny is by far the most expensive of the set. The cheapest I can find is still well over $100. Any thoughts on why this is?
